At a Chapter Court holden at St John's Chapel 25th May 1810 of KK
Patrick
Ann Killey als Caine of KK Patrick having departed this life on or about
the month of may in the year 1809 intestate and the court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed her children namely Philip, James,
Catharine, Jane, Margaret, Ellinor, and Ann Killey and their
children of their brethren Thomas and John decease in right of their
respective parents co-administrators of all and singular the goods,
rights, credits, chattels, and effects moveable and unmoveable whatever said
James being absent from court and the children of the said Thomas and John
under age Philip, Catherine, Elinor and Ann with Patrick Carren husband of
Jane and Philip Garrett husband of Margaret aforesaid are sworn well and
truly to administer the state of the intestate to exhibit
a full true and perfect inventory thereof unto the Episcopal Registry to pay
all the just debts of the intestate so far forth as the goods well extend
and the law bind them and to be just to their co-administrators
in the division of the residue of the said estate and to these ends they
have given pledges in form of law namely John Quirk and John Leece both
of KK Patrick
