This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Cornelius Quayle of
KK Patrick who departed this life on the 25th day of August 1810 being
of a perfect mind memory and understanding at the making thereof.
First He committed his soul to Almighty God and his body to a Christian
burial.
Item He left and bequeath unto this two daughters Catherine and Ann the sum
of ten pounds each and also a heifer commonly called by the name of Costain
to be equally betweem them.
Item He left and bequeathed unto his son Thomas the sum of five pounds. Item
He left and bequeathed unto his son Philip the sum of one guinea.
He left and bequeathed unto his grandson William Quayle six sheep and
six lambs.
He left and bequeathed unto his grandson John Quayle a sheep and a lamb. He
left and bequeathed unto his granddaughter Ann Quayle a sheep and a lamb.
He left and bequeathed unto Philip Clucas his wearing apparel.
And lastly he constituted nominated and appointed his son John Quayle whole
and sole executor of all the rest of his goods and effects movable
or immovable of what kind and denomination whatsoever.
