The last will and testament of Henry Quayle of KK Patrick who departed this
life the 4th of Feb 1810 being weak in body but in sound and perfect memory
at the making thereof.
First He committed his soul to God and his body to a Christian burial.
Secondly He left to his son William Quayle the big white sheep.
Thirdly He left to his son John Quayle one black sheep.
Fourthly He left to his daughter Ann Quayle six guineas and if his wife
will marry out of his name while the said six guineas unpaid she must
pay interest according to law.
Fifthly He left his loving wife sole executrix of all his goods moveable
and immoveable of whatsoever sort.
Witnesses present at the naming  thereof.

At a Chapter Court holden at St John's Chapel 25 May 1810
The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and as guardian and
supervisor of the children under age and hath given pledges for the payment
of debts and legacies namely Cornelius Quayle and William
White both of KK Patrick.  Probatum est    Thos Cubbon.
