1810 Malew The Last Will and Testament of Ann Kinley alias Kay who departed this life on the 5th June 1810 being of Sound Mind and perfect memory of making this her last Will and Testament. First she committed her Soul to God and her body to Christian Burial. Item: She left unto her two Grand-Children namely Elizabeth and Catharine Kinley a [?] board, a Dresser, a wheel, a chest and the sum of Two Guineas between them. Item: she left unto her Daughter Jane her wearing apparel and the biggest pot. Lastly: She left and appointed her Husband Philip Kinley whole and Soled Executor of all the rest of her Goods and Effects of what kind or nature Debarring and Excluding Every other Claimer with sixpence Legacy. Witnesses present Ellinor Kinley my mark X Jane Corras my mark X At a Chapter Court holden in Castle Rushen 31st October 1810. Philip Kinley is sworn Executor in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies namely Thomas Corkill and Charles Clague. Probatum est Thos Cubbon
