I Patrick Quirk of the parish of KK St Ann being of sound mind and
memory at the making hereof thanks be to God for the same but calling into
mind the uncertainty of human life and to avoid disputes after my decease do
make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner
and form following:
First I recommend my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial.
Item I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas Quirk the sum of one guinea Item
I leave and bequeath to my son Charles Quirk the sum of one guinea. Item:  I
leave and bequeath to my daughter Mary Brew the sum of one guinea.
Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret during the term of her
natural life the interest of eighty pounds.
Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Isabella also my part of a
parcel of land situated in the parish of KK German and a house in said
place with all the appurtenances unto the same belonging the same commonly
called and known by the named of the "Sand House".
Item:  I leave and bequeath to my granddaughter Mary Moore the sum of
fifteen pounds British.
Item I leave and bequeath to my seven grandchildren Ann, John, Alice, Emma,
Thomas, William, and Charles Moore being children of Thos Moore the sum of
five pounds British each.
Item I leave and bequeath to my granddaughters Elizabeth, Catherine,
Ann, Jane, Mary, Isabella and Margaret Brew the sum of five guineas
each.
Lastly I nominate appoint and constitute my aforesaid daughter Isabella
Moore whole and sole executrix of all the rest of my goods and effects
moveable and immovable of what kind or nature soever they be and do debar
all other claimers with five shilling legacy.  And do make null and
void all other will or wills at any time heretofore made by me and do
publish this and this only to be my last will and testament .
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name or mark this the
Eleventh of May Eighteen Hundred and Eleven.

of the executrix is sworn with pledges the witnesses.
