2       Andreas

The Last Will and Testament of John Radcliffe 
of Ballacurry in the Parish of Kk. Andreas being 
of sound disposing mind and memory at the making thereof.
First.  I commit my soul to Almighty God who gave 
it and my Body to decent Christian Burial at the 
discretion of my executors, and as for such worldly 
goods wherewith it hath pleased God to Bless me I 
dispose of the same in ye following manner.
I leave and bequeath unto my son John with the 
joint consent and approbation of my wife Elenor 
Radcliffe all our concerns of Purchased Lands in 
the Parish of Kk. Andreas both Quarterland and 
Intack lands with all the Buildings and appurtenances 
belonging to the same. I Elenor Radcliffe aforesaid 
Reserving unto myself the whole issues and profits 
arising from my share of the aforesaid premises 
during my natural life and then pass unto and devolve 
upon him the aforesaid our son John.
I leave and bequeath unto my son Wm. One Guinea Legacy.
I leave and bequeath unto my son Thomas Five 
pounds British Legacy.
I leave and bequeath unto my son Charles One Guinea Legacy.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Judy Ten 
Shillings and sixpence British Legacy.
I leave to the Witnesses of this my last Will and 
testament one shilling each.
Lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint my son 
John aforesaid whole Executor of this my Last Will 
and Testament and do leave unto him all the rest 
of my Goods moveable and immovable of what kind 
or description seems to be by him peaceably  
possessed and enjoyed.  
In Testimony whereof we hereunto subscribe our names 
and marks this 13th day of February 1811.
