At a Chapter Court holden at Kirk Patrick 8th Nov
 1811
Joseph Cretney of the parish of Marown having departed this
life on or about the 30th June last
Intestate and the Court having received Intelli
-gence thereof hath decreed his only child Joseph
Cretney sole Adm’or of all and singular his
Goods Rights Credits Chattels & Effects
moveable & immovable whatever, The said
Joseph is sworn well and truly to administer
the Estate of the Intestate to pay all his just
debts so far forth as the Goods will extend
and the Law bind him and to these ends
he hath given pledges in form of law
namely the Rev’d Thomas Stephen & William
Kermode both of Marown.
