The Last will and testatment of Thomas
Moore of the parish of KK Lonon who departed
this life on or about the sixth day of December
1811. Being indispos'd in body but of a sound
& disposing mind and memory and calling to
mind the uncertainty of this transitory life do make
this may last Will and Testament in manner 
following.
First I commend my soul to god who gave it and my
      body to Christian Burial and with respect to such
      such goods and effects as I am possessed of I dispose
      of the same as follows that is to say
Item  I leave and bequeath five pounds to the be devid=
      ed between the poor of the parish
Item  I leave and bequeath unto my son in law Patrick
      Killip one half of the the goods, cattle, horses husbandary
      gears houshold furniture and half the sheep
Item  I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Isable
      Killip two shillings and six pence
Item  I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret
      Kermod the wife of John Kermod fourty pounds
Lastly I leave and bequeath my wife Isable Moore
      whole and sole Executrix of all the rest of what
      kind nature or denomination soever.

At an Ecclesiastical Court holden at KK Maughold
   March 23rd 1812
   
   The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of law
   and hath given pledges for the payment of
   debts and legacies namely the witnesses of
   the will.

Thomas Moore of the parish of K Lonon having
by his last will and testament bequeathed the
sum of five pounds to the poor of sd parish as a
legacy. We whose names are herunto subscribed
being Wardens of sd parish for the time being dp
hereby acknowledge to have received the sd sum of
five pounds from Isabella Moore Exx of the last
will and testament of Thomas Moore deceaed.
And we acquit exonerate and discharge the sd Isab
Moore her exrs admrs and assigns from all claims
and demands for or on aid of sd legacy of five
pounds. Witness our names the 20th March 1816

     that Thomas Moore late
of the said Parish departed this life

and appointed your Petitioner

     Wherefor your Petioner
     Humbley Prays for a
     hearing of this Petition
     and that the Burden of
     the Execution of the
     said will may be 
     committed to your
     Petitioner in usual
     form and your
     Petitioner will Pray etc
     
Ordered that this Petition do
come on to be heard before me at
the Court House in KK Maughold on the
21st instant.

notice.

against the Estate of Thomas Moore late decd for
the sum of £16 - 0 - 0 british and craves the Law.
