57 Malew
The humble petition of Elizabeth Mylchreest widow and relict of Willm
Mylchreest of the parish of Kirk Malew
Sheweth: That the aforesaid William Mylchreest prior to his decease
made his last will and testament, therein nominating your petitioner
sole and whole executrix of all his affects as by the said will plainly
appears; that there are several debts incumbents upon the estate of the
deceased as also other debts due which your petitioner is not at present
entitled to collect or arrive until she is sworn in form of law to that
purpose. That there is also great part of the said effects in a perishing
situation, also which constrains your petitioner to apply to your
Reverence for redress.
Most humbly praying that your Reverence would be pleased to appoint a
certain speedy day of hearing these matters and to grant her such redress as
to your Reverence seems meet, and the necessity of the case requires and
your petitioner shall ever pray.
