This is the last will and testament of me Mark Cosnahan of Douglas Merchant
and Alice Cosnahan alias Bridson my wife made and published
by us this nineteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety nine.  Whereby we revoke and make void all former
wills by us at any time heretofore made.
And we each of us give devise and bequeath unto the survivor of us, His
or Her heirs, executors and administrators all and singular the real and
personal estate whatsoever, at law, or in equity now belonging, or which
shall at anytime belong to us or either of us, situate and being in the Isle
of Man or elsewhere subject to a legacy of one shilling British to each
child or children as we may hereafter have.
And each survivor is hereby constituted, and appointed sole executor or
executrix hereof and guardian upon children. Witness our hands the day,
month and year aforesaid.

Mr Mark Cosnahan the survivor is sworn executor in court and hath given
pledges Mr Paul Bridson and Edward Forbes Esquires both of Douglas.  He
is also sworn guardian and supervisor of his children under age.
