11 Santan
In the name of God Amen. I John Moore of Ballnahow of the parish of KK
Santan Esqr being of a sound mind and memory and understanding and calling
to mind the uncertainty of this life do make this my last will and testament
in manner following vizt:
I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine wife of Robert Kelly the sum
of twenty pounds British, and the bedstead hangings, feather bed,
and bedding she, now sleeps on. Also oak chest.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Bell Moore of Liverpool the sum of ten
pounds British.
I leave and bequeath unto my son John Moore of Liverpool the sum of one
guinea.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Brew wife of Thomas Brew of
Mary Veg KK Santan the sum of one guinea.
Lastly as to the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and
chattels of which kind and nature soever I give and bequeath unto my loving
son Thomas Moore whom I hereby appoint sole executor of this my last will
and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness
whereof I have set my hand this 22nd day of July 1822.

By virtue of the Rev'd Vicar Genl Stephens authority and by his process
given on the petition of Thos Moore respecting the last will and
testament of John Moore late deceased I have served and charged Jane Quark
as witness to said will. I have also served by said petition and charged
Mrs Catherine Kelly, Thos Brew and Margaret his wife and Isabel Moore the
next of kin to said testator all to appear before his reverence at a court
to be holden at Ballayearee Marown on Friday next by ten of
the clock in the forenoon to answer the suit of Thos Moore the petitioner.
This I certifie the 26th of Jan 1813 Wm Cannel Sumner of St Ann my x
