Andreas
At a Chapter Court holden in Ramsey 27th Oct 1813
John Radcliffe of the parish of Andreas having departed this life sometime in the month
of September last intestate and the court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed
his children namely John, Thomas, Alexander, William, James, Jane, Margery,
Catharine and Esther coadministors of all and singular the goods rights credits chattels and
effects of the said intestate, moveable and immoveable whatsoever and they the said John
and Thomas and Alexander Bonnyman husband of Jane aforesaid being present in court
are in behalf of themselves and their absent coadmors minors sworn well and truly to
administer the estate of the intestate to pay all his just debts as far forth as goods will
extend and the law bind them to be true and just to each other and their said absent co
administers in the division of the residuum and to return a perfect inventory to the
Episcopal Registry and they the said John Thomas and Alexander are together with
the widow mother sworn joint guardians sand supervisor of the aforesaid minors, and to these
ends they have given pledges in form of law, namely Mr Thomas Radcliffe of Kirk Bride and
Mr Archibald Minto of K Andreas
