In the name of God Amen,
The last will and testament of Mary Lace, 
Being weak in body but sound in mind & memory 
Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament. 
That is to say Principally and first of all 
I give and Recommend my Soul to almighty god 
that give it & my Body I recommend to the Earth 
to be Buried in Decent Christian Burial and as 
touching such worldly Estate where with it hath 
pleased god to Bless me in this life. I give 
demise and dispose of the same in the following 
manner & form.
In the first place I leave & Bequeath to Margaret 
Lace my grand Daughter the Bed and Clothes that 
belong to said bed.
2nly I leave & Bequeath to Ann Kenneen my grand 
Daughter a Chest
3rdly I leave and Bequeath to Judy Kinneen my 
grand Daughter a Cotton Gown
4thly I leave & Bequeath to Marget Kineen a spinner wheel.
5thly I leave and bequeath to Mary Lace my 
Daughter a mantle and five shillings and to 
have no more in any In any Particular thing 
whatsoever of my Effects
6thly I leave & Bequeath to Patrick Kineen 
whatsoever was or Remain in his hands, my son 
in Law.
And whosoever would Claim hereafter would be 
paid only one six pence
I give to my well Beloved Daughter Marget Kineen 
whom I like wise Constitutes make & Ordain my 
sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament 
all & singular my goods  & Effects moveable and 
immoveable By her freely to be Possessed & Enjoyed 
and I do hereby utterly disallow Revoke and Disannull 
all other Former Testaments wills and Legacies 
before in any ways Before named Willed & Bequeathed 
Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to 
be my last will & Testament. In witness whereof 
I hereunto set my name this the 21st day of Nov. 1812.

Patrick Kinneen husband of the extrx is sworn in court 
in form of law & hath given pledges for the payment of 
Debts and Legacies namely John Corlett and 
John Quilliam forth the ???
