The last will and testament of Catherine Garret of the parish of KK Andreas who
departed this life about the 6th day of Sept 1813 who being of sound mind and memory
at the making thereof .
First: She committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
Item: She left to her daughter Christian a blue gown and blue petticoat legacy.
Item: She left to her daughter Mary a gown and petticoat of pale blue legacy.
Item: She let to her two grand daughters, the daughters of her daughter Easter the sum of
two shillings and eleven pence each legacy.
Item: She left to her two grandsons John Garret and Thomas Garret sons of her son John
Garret the sum of two shillings and eleven pence each legacy.
Item: She left to her daughter Eleanor wife of John Tear all that was already in her hands
and all the remainder of her cloath whatsoever legacy.
Lastly She nominated and appointed her son James Garret whole and sole exec of all
the rest of her goods moveable and immovable of what nature so ever and she left a
shilling each to the witnesses of her will.

debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the Will.
