The Last Will & Testament of Charles Kanneen of Andreas Being of Sound & Perfect
mind & Memory at the Making hereof He Bequeathed his Soul to god and his Body unto
Christian Burial
1st He Left that part or parcell of his Land Called Custain's Croft unto his Three
Daughters Equally Between them
2nd He Left & Bequeathed all the rest of his Lands unto his Son Charles as Legacy
and If the Said Charles Will pay unto his Said Three Sisters as Before Named the Sum of
Seven pounds currency Each that then in that case he is in full posser & Capacity to
Posses & keep the said Costain Croft as all the other Lands Bequeathed him
Lastly He Nominated Constituted & appointed his Wife Cathrine Kaneen Whole & Sole
Executrix of all his goods Moveable & immovable of What Kind or Denomination soever
