The last will and testament of Catharine Caine otherwise Stephen
Sheweth that she commited her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
She left and bequeathed to her son John Caine the sum of twenty
shillings as legacy with whatever of her goods remains in his hands at
present.
Lastly she nominated constituted and appointed her son William Caine whole
and sole executor of all the rest of her goods and what kind or denomination
soever before.

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael 2nd Nov 1814 -
The executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the
payment of debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
