35 Malew In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Quinney alias Moore widow of John Quinney of Ballaquinney Casone Owin in the parish of KK Malew being weak of body but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. First I commend my soul to God in hopes of a blessed resurrection and my body to Christian burial at the discretion of my executor hereafter named. In the second place I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann Creer the sum of twenty pounds British in the third place I leave and bequeath to my daughter Esther the sum of twenty pounds British and to my daughter Isabella Quinney the sum of twenty pounds British. I also leave and bequeath to my son Henry Quinney the sum of two shillings and six pence British. I also leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Quinney the interest of fifty pounds British yearly and every year during her natural life and after the death of the said Margaret Quinney the said principal sum of fifty pounds to be disposed of in manner following that twenty pounds British of said sum to be divided amongst my said daughters Ann, Esther and Isabella share and share alike and to be at their disposal and the remaining sum of thirty pounds of said principal after the death of my said daughter Margaret to be divided between my six grand daughters Elizabeth, Ann, Esther, Sarah, Isabella and Francis daughters of my said daughter Ann Creer also share and share alike and if any of my said grand daughters as above named should be deceased before the death of my said daughter Margaret that her said proportion of the said thirty pounds be for her representative or at her disposal. I also leave to my said grand daughter Francis my bed bedclothes and my wearing apparel. I also leave and bequeath to my son in law Phillip Bridson the sum of two shillings and six pence as a legacy and also I give up to him my annuity or widdow right from and in the estate of BallaQuinney Casone Owin aforesaid for my board maintenance and care and attention during my natural life as he has hither to had the same and I do request the the same Phillip Bridson do act as guardian to my above daughter Margaret and that he will do all in his power that she shall have fair just and proper treatment and usage during her natural life. Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint him my said son in law Phillip Bridson sole and whole executor of all the rest of my worldly goods and effects of what name or denomination soever. Elizabeth Quinney my x mark Witnesses: Charles Hudson Arthur Bridson I also allow the said guardian to my above named daughter Margaret that if in case the interest of the above sum of fifty pounds with the twelve pounds British that she already has out of the estate of Ballaquinney Casone owin be not sufficient to maintain her that then and in that case He is allowed to call in such a part of the before named principal sum of fifty pounds British as will be sufficient to along with the above to maintain her and that my said three daughters and six grand daughters as before mentioned is to abide with the same share and share alike.
