	   In the name of God Amen.
I William Kelly Mason of the parish of KK Michael being sick and weak but of
perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for calling unto mind the mortality
of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make
and ordain this my last will and testament.  And first I give and recommend
my soul unto the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend
to the earth, to be buried in decent Christian burial at the discretion of
my executors or executrixes.  And as touching such worldly estate wherewith
it hath pleased God to bless me in this life.
I give and devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
First I give and bequeath to Catherine Kelly my dearly beloved wife all my
goods and effects moveable and unmovable and to be my whole executor.  And
to his son John Kelly, William Kelly his son, Henry Kelly his son, Thomas
Kelly his son, one shilling each.  And to his daughters Elinor, Catherine,
Jane, Christian Ann, one shilling each.
And to my brother Richard Kelly topcoat two hats two pair of shoes and a
wearing jackcoat.  This being confirmed on the 8th day of February 1814.

The executrix is sworn in court in form of law for the payment of debts and
legacies as also guardian and supervisior of the children under age and to
these ends she hath given pledges namely William Crow and John Kelly both of
Kirk Michael.
