Malew 1816
Isabella Fargher of the parish of Malew having departed this life on or
about the 12 Oct instant intestate, having issue William, Peter, John,
Thomas, Margaret, Isabella, Elinor, and Elizabeth and this court having
received intelligence thereof hath decreed them the aforenamed William,
Peter, John, Thomas, Margaret, and Thomas Cowley in right of his wife
the said Isabella, and Daniel Tear in right of his wife the said or his
wife Elizabeth, co administrators of all and singular the goods rights
credits chattels and effects moveable and immoveable whatever of their
intestate and they the said Peter, John, Thomas, Margaret and Eleanor having
committed the burden of the administration of the said William Fargher and
Thomas Cowley they are thereupon sworn administrators in trust accordingly
to return to the Episcopal Registry a perfect inventory of effects to pay
all just debts so far forth as goods will extend and the law bind them and
to yield a faithful account of their administration
when thereunto lawfully required and to these ends they have given pledges
in form of law namely William Quaggin and Thomas Bridson both
of Malew Decretum Est T Stephen
