This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Margaret Cringal of
Peeltown who departed this life on the 15th day of May 1816 being of a
perfect mind memory and understanding at the making thereof.
First she left and bequeathed unto her son John a chest, a bed, and bed
clothes, and two blue cloaks.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her sister Eleanor Christian her black
silk cloak, a bonnet, a black gown, a white petticoat, a pair of Morrocha
Shoes and a spinning wheel.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her sister Elizabeth a gown.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her sister Catherine a gown.
Item She left and bequeathed unto her sister Ann a pair of stays.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her mother a gown.
And lastly she constituted nominated and appointed her husband John Cringal
whole sole executor of all the  rest  of her goods and effects and she
debarred all other persons claiming to the contrary with six pence legacy
this 17th May 1816.

At a Chapter Court holden in the parish of KK Patrick 30th Oct 1816. The
executor is sworn in court in form of law for the payment of debts and
legacies as also guardian and supervisor of the child under age and to these
ends he hath given pledges namely John Corkill of KK German and Philip Quirk
the witness.
