Mary Killip departed this life on or about the 
8th day of April 1816 intestate – The Court 
having received  Intelligence thereof hath 
decreed her children namely John, William
James, Thomas, Mary and Ann Killip 
co-admors of all and singular her goods 
rights credits chattels and effects moveable 
and immoveable ------- Ann Killip 
being already provided for – John 
Wm , Thos and Mary being absent, James 
aforesd is sworn in trust well and truly to 
administer the Estate of the Intestate – 
to exhibit a full [live] and perfect
inventory thereof unto the Episal Registry
to pay all just Debts so far forth as the 
Goods will extend and the Law bind him 
to be true and just to his absent Co-adminors 
in the division of the Residue of the Estate
