In the Name of God Amen
I Wiliam Creech of Cardle Voar
in the parish of KK Maughold
being weak of body but of perfect
mind and memory make this my last will
and Testament in manner following.
I leave my soul to God and my body
to Christian burial.
I leave and Bequeath unto my daughter
Nancy twenty pound and six sheep
I leave and bequeath unto my my
daughter Catrine five pound
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter
Margaret twenty pound and six sheep
I leave and bequeath unto my son Edmond
fifteen pound and one half of my herring
nets and ropes and six sheep eight sheep
I leave and bequeath sixpence legacy
unto whosoever that will claim
I nominate ordain and appoint my sons
Robert and William whole and sole
Executors of all the rest of my goods
and effects movable or immovable
of what kind or nature soever
That the aforesaid legacies
are not to be paid by the aforesaid
Executors untill three years after
my death as witnesses whereunto
we have signed our names and
marks this the 23rd day of May 1818

At a Chapter Court holden in Ramsey 20 Oct 1818 The Excrs are sworn coexors in Court in form of Law, & also to be true and just to each other in the division of effects and have given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely Robert Cleator & Robert Kerruish both of Maughold Probatum est Thos Moore T Stepens
Episcopal Registry 24th March 1829 Nancy Creech daughter of the testator appeared this day at the Registry and acknowledged to have received from Robert Creech one of the Exors of Wm Creech's last will and testa =ment the sum of ten pounds being the moeity of her legacy of twenty pounds bequeathed to her in and by the said last will & testament & hereby exonerates discharges & acquits the said Robert hise Excors Adminors and Assigns and also his brother Exor William of the same & of every part thereof This before me Joseph Brown ER Nancy Creech's X mark
Episcopal Registry 24th March 1818 Edward Creech son of the testator appeared this day the the Registry and acknowledged to have received from Robt Creech one of the Exors of Wm Creech's will the sum of seven pounds ten shillings being the moiety of his legacy of fifteen pounds bequeathed to him by the sd will & he hereby exonerates acquits and discharges the said Robt his Exors Admors & Assigns as also his brother Wm of the same & of every part thereof.
