	April 16th 1818
The Last will and Testament of Margarett Cannell 
otherwise Quayle of Ballaugh herewith that
was at the makeing hereof of a sound disposed
mind and memory - she commited her soul to
God and her body to Christian Burial - as for her
worldly goods she disposed of as follows --
She left and Bequeathed to her two Sons John
and Thos. a Sheep and lamb each as legacy.
She left and Bequeathed to her two Daughters
Margarett and Jane one Bedstead and two Feather
Beds with the Bed clothes belonging to [said] Beds
equally between them, and one chest each, and
['Episcopal' stamp hides word] 
Wheel each, and all her clothes equally between
them, and one sheep and a lamb each as legacy.
Lastly, she nominated constituted and appointed
her loving Husband whole and sole Executor of all
the rest of her goods wheather lands chattels or
effects - with one shilling each to the witnesses
of this her last will.

The afor is sworn in Court in form of Law
and also as Guardians & superiors of the
child under age, and [unknown] pledges
for the payment of Debts and Legacies namely
