This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament
of Mary Creetch alias Creer widow
of Ballachoane in the parish of Braddan
Who was in sound and disposing mind memory
and understanding at the making hereof
First she commended her Sould to the mercy
of Almighty God and her body to a
Christian burial. Her wordly goods
and disposableeffects she bequeathed
as herein after mentioned, She left and bequeathed
to her son danl Creetch two shillings &
sixpence Brits Item, she left and bequeathed
to her son Robert Creetch the feather bed
which he then used or slept thereon. Item
she left and bequeathed to her said son Robt
Creetch and to her daughter Ann Creetch
whatsoever sum or sums of money that were
due unto her to be equally divided between them
share and share alike and to bay the funeral
expenses out of the said moneys between the. Item
she left and bequeathed to her daughter Mary
Creetch three guineas to be paid to her by her
son Robt and hier daughter Ann before mentioned
equally between them. Item, she left and bequeathed
to her daughter Jane Creetch two shillings &
sixpence. Lastly she nominated and appointed
herdaughter Ann Creetch whole and sole Executrix
of all the rest of her goods and effects and
also of this her last will and testament.

form of Law and hath given
pledges for the paymnet of debts
and legacies namely the witnesses
