In the name of God Amen.
I Christopher Kinish being weak in body but of sound mind and memory
am disposed to make my last will and testament in manner following:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas all my part of the
houses and lands and also my part of the plough and harrows.
Item:  I leave to my son William six pounds.
I leave to my daughter Margaret one guinea.
I leave to my daughter Ann one guinea.
I leave and bequeath to my wife Ann Kinish my part of the cash that is at
present in the house.
Lastly I nominate and appoint my daughter Elizabeth sole executrix of all
the rest of my worldly goods moveable or immoveable of what nature so ever
excluding  all persons that might claim any interest in my will
with six pence legacy a piece.
Signed and declared by the testator to be his last will and testament in
presence of us this 19th of April 1818 and desired us to witness the
same.

The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
the payment of debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
