In the name of God Amen
I William Cross in the parish of KK Michael being of sound mind memory
and understanding do make my
last will and testament in the manner and form following:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I leave desire and bequeath to my only daughter Jane Cross a
feather bed and bedding.
Thirdly and lastly I leave bequeath and appoint my loving wife whole and
sole executrix and residuary legatee of all the rest of my goods movable and
immovable of what kind or denomination soever and do debar all claimers with
one shilling legacy each.
As witness my name and mark this 27th day of January One thousand eight
hundred and nineteen 1819.
