           In the name of God amen
   I Daniel Kinreade of the parish of Kirk
   Andreas having advanced much in years
   being weak feeble and infirm in the 
   constitution of body but of perfect sound
   disposeing mind mimory and understanding
   at the wording and expression of this my
   last will and testament and do hereby
   revoke and set aside all other will or wills
   by me heretofore made - Imprimes I
   first commit my soul to god and my body
   to the earth to be entered in a decent
   christian like manner at the enire
   discretion of my hereafter mentioned
   Executrices and do hereby dispose [of] my
   worldey goods and and effects in the 
   following way and manner. I lave devise
   and bequeath unto Catharine and Jane
   Mc Nymeere daughters of the late Wm
   Mc Nymeere deceased and unto my sister
   Catharine Kinread all and every my right
   title and interest of in and unto a parcell
   of lands situated in the parish of Jurby

   part of the estate of Bretney that I
   purchased from Isaac Vondy to be possessed
   by them imediately at my decease in
   equal proportions share and share
   alike with all and every the appurtinances
   and privelleges belonging and appertaining
   to the same during the life time of my said
   sister and upon her decease her share or 
   proprotion to fall and descend unto the said
   Catharine and Jane Mc Nymeere equally
   between them.
Item I leave and bequeath unto Thomas Kinread
   now residing with me in the house the sum
   of three pounds british as legacy
Item Leave and bequeath unto William Mc Ny
   Meere my share of the boat Prince Regent
   plow harrows and cart as legacey
Item I leave and bequeath unto all cravers
   the sum of two shillings and six pence
   each.

   And two shillings and six pence british
   each to the witnesses of this my last will
   and testament.
   An lastly I nominate ordain constitute
         William Mc Ny Meere and
   and appoint ^^ the said Catharine and Jane
   Mc Nymeere and my sister Catharine Kinrade
   joint Executrices of all and every my worldy
   effects of what ever description or
   denomination soever cash credits bills bonds
   obligations mortgages or lands that may
   become lapsed under mortgages.
   And do apoint John Mc Nymeere of the 
   parish of Kirk Bride miller Executor in
   trust of this my last will in testimony
   whereof I have caused my mark to be
   placed to my name this 5th of June

The exors William Mc Nameer and

Jane Mc Nameer being under
age, Catharine Mc Nameer and
Catharine Kinread, along with John
Mc Nameer are sw the Exor in trust
named, are sworn exors in Court in
form of Law, and also to be true
& just to each other and their
absent minor execors in the 
division of effects, and for the 
payment of debts and legacies
they have given pledges namely
Silas Christian and Dollin
Moore the witnesses.
