At a Chapter Court holden at St John's May the 28th 1819.
Ann Mylechreest alias Craine of the parish of German having departed
this life on or about the 18th October last past intestate.  The court
having received intelligence thereof hath decreed her five children
namely Thomas, Philip, Margaret, Ann and Eleanor Mylechreest co
administrators of all and singular her goods rights credits chattels and
effect moveable and immoveable whatsoever.  The said Thomas, Philip,
Margaret, Ann, and Eleanor being under age their father Thomas Mylechreest
is sworn their guardian and supervisor and in trust for
them well and truly to administer the estate of the interstate to exhibit
a full and true and perfect inventory thereof into the Episcopal Registry
to pay all her just debts so far forth as the goods will extend and the
law bind him and to be accountable for his administration when
thereunto lawfully required.  And to these ends he hath given pledges in
form of law namely William Quine and John Quirk both of German who are also
sworn guardians of the said children.
Decretum Est  Thomas Cubbon

We John Quirk and William Quine the guardians sworn in behalf of the
infant children of Thomas Mylchreest of KK German and Ann Mylechreest alias
Craine, deceased, his said wife, having come to an agreement with
the said Thomas Mylechreest respecting the right of the said children to the
goods and effects in rights of their said mother and the said Thomas
Mylchreest having agreed to give the children the sum of three hundred and
fifty pounds British in lieu of their said right to be equally between them
and we the said guardians have agreed to the same this the 28th
May 1819.    John Quirk and Wm Quine.

At a Chapter Court holden at Mullen y chles 18 May 1819.
John Quirk and William Quine the guardians aforesaid having declared in
court that it was their full and deliberate opinion that the said sum of
three hundred and fifty pounds British is a full and fair equivalent for
the the children's part of the goods, the court upon consideration had
thereof hath accepted of the same and do hereby order that his proceeding be
recorded on the Episcopal Registry annexed to the Letters of Administration
of the deceased Anne Mylechreest for the benefit of
all parties interested therein.

Received from my father Thomas Mylchreest the sum of seventy pounds British
being the full sum coming on my share at the death of my mother which is
seen on the Register Book and orders the same to be cancelled. Witness my
subscription this the 2nd day of Jan 1838.

the sum of seventy pounds British being the full sum coming on my wife
Margaret Dinwoody share at the death of her mother which is seen on the
Register Book and orders the same to be cancelled.

Received from Thomas Mylchreest of Ballagarraghyn my father in law the sum
of seventy pounds British being the full sum coming on my wife Ann Clark's
share at the death of her mother which is seen on the Register Book and

Received from Ann Mylchreest relict and executor of my father Thomas
Mylchreest of Ballagarghan the sum of seventy pounds sterling being the full
sum due me at the death of my mother Ann Mylchreest alias Craine which as
seen on the Register Book One.  I hereby order the same to be cancelled as
witness my subscription this eighteenth day of February
one thousand eight hundred and forty eight 1848.
