42 Patrick I John Crellin of the parish of KK Patrick being at present in a moderate state of health yet considering the uncertainty of this mortal life do therefore make this my last will and testament being of sound and perfect mind and memory at the making hereof as follows: First committing my soul to Almighty God and my body to Christian burial. Secondly I leave and bequeath unto Cathrine Crellin my daughter sixty pounds British which is at present in the hands of Margaret Quirk alias Crellin my eldest daughter. Thirdly I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Isabella Crellin sixty pounds British being likewise at present in the hands of Margaret Quirk als Crellin my eldest daughter. Fourthly I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Quirk alias Crellin the sum of one pound one shilling British. Fifthly I leave and bequeath unto my two nephews (grandchildren) Margaret and Catherine Quirk the sum of ten shilling and six pence British each. I nominate and appoint my wife Isabella Crellin whole and sole executor of all the rest of my goods, moveable and immoveable of what kind and denomination whatsoever and hereby debarring all person or persons who shall claim any right or title to this my last will and testament with one shilling each in witness hereof I have hereunto set my mark to my name this the 14th day of September 1818.
