In the name of God Amen.
I John Kee of Loudas in the parish of Andreas aforesaid being weak in
body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding and calling to
mind the uncertainty of this mortal life do make my last will
and testament on the 1st day of September 1819 in words and manner
following:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my son Daniel Kee a heifer of two years
old as a legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my son John Kee the sum of ten pounds British
beside the money already given unto him.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my son Robert KEE the sum of sixty
pounds British as legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my two daughters namely Jane and Anne Kee the
sum of sixty pounds British each a legacies.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my uncle John Sayle the sun of ten pounds
British a legacy.
And it is my will and desire that the said several sums bequeathed as above
stated shall not become due or payable unto them the said legatees until the
expiration of one whole year after my decease.
Item I leave and bequeath all my  library of books unto my children as above
named after the decease of their mother to be annually circulated among them
if they shall choose so to do.
Item:  I nominate and appoint my son Daniel Kee, John Kneal of Regaby
and William Kneal his brother to settle the affairs of Loughmollow as
far as I am concerned therein during the lease thereof.
Item I leave unto any person who shall claim any right or title in this my
last will and testament one six pence.
Lastly I nominate and appoint my loving wife Ann Kee whole and sole
executrix  and residuary legatee of all the rest of my property goods
chattels and effects of every kind or denomination whatever both moveable
and immoveable.  In testimony hereof I have set my name hereunto the day and
year as above written.      John Kee
