Catherine Mylechreest, 1820

At a  Court holden Castle Rushen    7 June 1820

Catherine Mylechreest having departed this life on or about 12th May 1819 intestate
And this Court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed her five children namely Edward, 
David, Solomon, Anne and Jane  co-adm(inistrator)s of all and singular her goods, rights Credits 
Chattels and Effects whatever, and they being of too tender age to undertake the burthen 
Of this Admins’ they same is hereby committed into Solomon Mylechreest their father and his is 
thereupon sworn in trust well and truly to administer the same to ex libri a perfect inventory to pay all 
just debts so far forth as Goods will extend and the law binds him , and as guardian  and supervisor of 
the children under age,   K (?) to these ends he hath given pledges in form of Law namely John Clague 
and Thomas Corkill both of Malew
