James Cowin, 1821

       German
James Cowin of German bachelor having departed this life on or about
the 1st Feb last intestate and this court having received intelligence
thereof hath decreed his father James Cowin sole administrator of all
his goods rights credits chattels and effects whatever, and he is thereupon
sworn well and truly to administer the same to exhibit
inventory and pay debts and to these ends he hath given pledges in form
of law namely John Kelly and William Cowle both of German
Descretum Est   T. Stephen
