In the name of God amen
We Hugh & Isabella Creetch my wife als Moore
being weak in body but of Perfect mind and memory
We do make and order this to be our last Will and
Testament jointly and severaly Each to the other
of us Hugh and Isabella Creetch.

First we commit and give our souls to God Almighty
and our bodies to a christian burial.
We leave and bequeath to the last liver of us all our
houses and lands and all goods moveable and imoveable
the last liver to have all of us Hugh & Isabella Creetch.
We leave and bequeath to our beloved daughter Isabella
Robt Shimmin's wife that part of the Croft the house is
the house is built on to have it the whole length of the
croft and the lengh of Robt Shimmins house in breath
that is ten yards broad or thereabouts to posses it at
the death of the longest liver of us Hugh and Isabella Creetch.


   We leave and bequeath to our son William
our dwelling house and part of of the yard and six yards broad
the whole length of the Croft adjoining to Robt Shimmins
that is to say his life time and then at Willms death to fall
to the Right Heir sd Wm to have a chest & a table a chair a stoole
a pott and kettle and a bed also posess it at our death H & I Creetch
We leve and bequeath to our son Edward nine yards broad
the whole length of the Croft adjoining to his brother William

and also the bed that he now sleeps on to posess it
at our death.
We leave to our son Hugh the out house and part of the
half of the yard and the whole remaining part of the Croft
to have it at the death of the longest live of us
Hugh & Isabella Creetch Providing the longer liver
of us if in need that we may sell or morgage to supply
our wants any or all of the within minshoned Croft
and houses and we order that the morgage that is now
in the Croft will be on the whole of the Croft
and that each one will his part of the morgage
according to his part of the Croft.

We leave & bequeath to our daughter Isabella the
afore sd Robt Shimmins wife we leave to her the
the garden. And we order and appoint her to be
whole Executor debaring of any that may cleam
with five shillings legacy.
And if ther is any thing here short of being lawfull that
is to be made out firm and lawfull. This is Nov 2nd
