In the name of God Amen.
I Margaret Quayle of the parish of KK Michael being of sound mind and memory
but weak of body do make by my last will and testament in
manner following.
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I give and bequeath to my sister's daughter Mary Colvin a bed
and bedding
Thirdly I give and leave to my sisters Judith Kewley and Ann Colvin the
whole of my wearing apparel.
Fourthly I leave and bequeath to my niece Catherine Kewley the sum of four
pounds British.
Fifthly and Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint John Colvin and
Alice Quayle my sister jointly whole and sole executors of this my last
will and testament and residuary legatee of all the rest residue and
remainder of my goods right credits chattels and effects moveable  and
immoveable whatever and do debar all claimers in this my last will with
one shilling each.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my mark to my name this 28th
day of February 1822

the executors are sworn in court in form of law and also to be true and just
to each other in the division of effects and have given pledges for
the payment of debts and legacies namely John Caine the witness and William
Kneen both of Kirk Michael
