Lezayre
The humble petition of Philip Quayle of Loll E Will in the parish of
Lezayre.
Sheweth: That your petitioner's son namely Philip Quayle, Junior,
departed this life on or about the 23rd May instant - and the deceadent
having died intestate and without issue your petitioner becomes legally
entitled unto his personal estate - but your petitioner being an old man
of eighty seven years or thereabouts has appointed his friend John
Cowley to take out administration of his said son's said estate - as by an
instrument to the effect may at large appear that the goods and effects of
the said deceadent required the most immediate care to which care
and management he cannot legally proceed either by himself or by
another until an administration of the said estate is decreed.
Intend or consideration whereof your petitioner humbly prays for a
speedy hearing of this petition That the said John Cowley may be sworn
to act as administrator in Trust of the said whereby your petitioner may
proceed to the care and management of the said estate with such other and
further relief in the premises as to your Reverences shall seem
meet. And your petitioner shall pray.
