the Reverend Vicar General Stephen to grant
a probate to the said will and to establish
the same according to Law, in his own Court
in Douglas, as the goods and effects belonging
to the said estate are in a perishing condition
and yr. Petr. Will pray

to the Rev. Mr. Vicar General Stephen is
hereby authorised (on account of the age of
one of the witnesses of the within mentioned
