At a Chapter Court holden at St John's Chapel the 7th Nov 1823
Philip Boyde of the parish of German having departed this life on or
about the 19th Oct last intestate, and this court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed Margaret Crellin his granddaughter
sole administrator of all and singular his goods rights credits chattels
and effects moveable and immoveable whatever and her husband Mathias is
thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the same to exhibit inventory
and pay debts and to these ends he hath given pledges in form
of law namely John Corkill and William Cowle both of Peel.
