Michael
William Crellin of the parish of KK Michael having departed this life on
or at about the 13th day last intestate and this court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed his children John, Patrick, Thomas, and
Margaret together with the children of Philip deceased
co-administrators and singular his goods rights credits chattels and effects
moveable and immovable and thereupon sworn in trust for his absent
co-administrators as well as in his own right well and truly to administer
the same to exhibit inventory pay debts and to be true and
just to his co-administrators in the division of the residuum and to
these ends he hath given pledges in form of law namely John Kaighin and John
Cannell both of Michael
