This is affirmed to be the Last Will and
Testament of William Garrett of the
Parish of Lezayre Labourer who departed
this Life on or about the 22nd day of Decr.
Instant and declared the sd. Testamentary
words on the 27th day of November 1820 _
When the Substance thereof were taken down
in writing, he being of Sound Mind & Memory
at the time the sd. words were declared
First he Committed his Soul to God and
Body to Christian Burial Item he left
to any person or persons that might pretend
to Claim any Legal right to his goods _
Sixpence Each as Legacy Item he left
to the Witnesses of his Will one Shilling Each
Lastly he Nominated and appointed his
Loving wife Jane Garrett alias Casement Sole
Executrix and Residuary Legatee of all
the rest of his goods & Effects Moveable and
immovable of what Kind or Nature Soever
this the 26th day of December 1822
