This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Catharine Kneale alias
Radcliffe wife of William Kneale Junior of Regaby Veg of the parish of
Andreas as expressed by her on the 25th February in presence of us the
subscribing witnesses who commited the same to writing upon the 28th day of
the said month of February 1824. She being at the time of publishing this
her said will weak in body but of perfect mind and memory at the declaring
thereof as follows.
First She commited her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item
She left and bequeathed unto her daughter Ann Kneale one hundred pounds
British to be paid her when she attained the age of twenty one years. Also a
chest of drawers and a feather bed and bed clothing as legacy. Item she left
and bequeathed to her daughter Catherine Kneale one hundred pounds British
to be paid her when she attained the age of twenty one years.  Also a chest
and a feather bed with bed clothing as legacy.
Item she also left her apparel share and share alike between her said
daughters Ann and Catherine as legacy.
Item She left unto her son Thomas Kneale her share of the purchased lands
since her intermarriage with
William       as legacy.
Item she left willed and desired that the executor of this her will should
pay or cause to be paid in case of the death of either of her said daughters
namely Ann or Catharine before twenty one years as before specified that the
survivor of said daughters is to have and enjoy the legacy of the deceased
according as the same become due and recoverable.
Lastly she nominated ordained constituted and appointed her loving husband
William Kneale whole and sole executor and residuary legatee of all the rest
of her goods moveable and  immoveable of every description and denomination
whatsoever.  In testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribe our names the
day and year before written.

At a Chapter Court holden in Ramsey on the 19th day of May 1814.
The executor is sworn in court in form of law as also guardian and
supervisor of the children under age who hath given pledges for the payment
of debts and legacies namely William Sayle and Patrick Kneale both of KK
Andreas the witnesses of the will.
