The last will and testament of Anne Kee widow of John Kee of Loudas in
the parish of Kirk Andreas, deceased.
I Anne Kee aforesaid being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind
memory and understanding at the making hereof do proceed and make this my
last will and testament in manner following.
In the name of God Amen.
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Item:  I leave unto my son Daniel Kee the sum of one pound one shilling
British as legacy.
Item:  I leave unto my son John Kee the sum of ten pounds British as legacy.
Item I leave unto his daughter Mary Anne Kee the sum of ten pounds British
to be paid her when she arrives at the age of twenty years together with the
interest arising thereout yearly and every year until
that period but if she choses being sent to trade at any time previous to
the expiration of said twenty years, then and in that case it is my desire
that the said legacy or whatever part thereof may be required, for the
procuring of her trade shall be applied to that purpose and the interest
arising out of the sum thus applied then to cease.
Item:  I leave unto my son Robert Keen the sum of five pounds British as
legacy.
Item:  I leave one six pence unto any person who may claim any right or
title in this my last will and testament.
Lastly I nominate, constitute, and appoint my two daughters namely Jane and
Anne Kee whole and sole joint executrixes and residuary legatees of
all the rest of my goods chattels and effects of what kind or nature soever.
As witness my subscription this the 22nd day of November 1823. Ann Kee

At a Chapter Court holden at Ramsey 13 November 1826
The executrixes are sworn in court in form of law, as also to be true and
just each to the other in the division of the residuum of the estate of the
testatrix and have given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies
namely John Kneale of Regaby and Daniel Kee both of KK Andreas.
