		At a Consistory Court Holden at
		Ramsey 28th June 1827

Charles Radcliffe of the Parish of K. Andreas
Having departed this life in the month
Of May 1826 intestate and the next of Kin
Having declined to sue out letters of 
Admin. of his effects. The Court upon
Intelligence thereof and upon the Petition of 
Some of the principal creditors of the said
Deceased, hath for the preservation of 
The rights of all persons interested in 
His Estate and Effects committed the 
Admin. of all and singular the goods
Rights, credits, chattels and effects of 
The said Charles Radcliffe to William
Lace and William Corlet in trust for the 
Benefit of all persons interested therein,
And they are thereupon sworn well and 
Truly to administer the same to return
A full true and perfect Inventory thereof
To the Episcopal Registry to pay all the 
Just debts of the said deceased, so far
These following do shew that Charles Radcliffe
Of the parish of Andreas departed this life in the
Month of May 1826 intestate
That William Lace and William Corlett two of the
Principal creditors of this Charles Radcliffe                
Sued for letters of Admin. of said estate
Accordingly the 28th July 1827.
That previous to their entering said admin
Thomas Sayle son in law of the decedent without
Any authority entered upon sold by auction the 
Goods chattels and effects of said whereof the following
Is a true copy
The 17th day of July 1826 an Acct. sale of the goods
Of Charles Radcliffe deceased sold by public auction.
