Malew
In the name of God Amen.
I John Quaggin of Tallowvell in the parish of Malew being in a bad state
of health but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and
testament in manner following hereby revoking a will made by me a few days
ago and all will or wills by me heretofore made.
First I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas Quaggin the sum of seven pounds
British.
I leave and bequeath to my son William Quaggin the sum of seven pounds
British.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann Kelly alias Quaggin the sun of seven
pounds British.
I leave and bequeath to my son John Quaggin all my right and title to all
my houses and lands commonly called and known by the name of Tallow
vell.
I also nominate constitute and appoint my aforesaid son John Quaggin
whole and sole executor of all the remainder of all my goods and
chattels moveable and immoveable of what nature or denomination
soever in witness whereof I have subscribe my name or mark to my name this
12th day of June 1828.

Executor sworn in court with pledges being William Shimmin and John
Mylchreest both of Malew.
Thomas Quaggin and Ann Kelly both received their respective legacies
this day.
