In the name of God Amen.
I Margaret Quirk otherwise Crellin wife of John Quirk of Ballabeney in
the parish of KK Patrick being weak in body but of a sound and disposing
mind memory and understanding do make and pronounce this to be my
last will and testament in the manner following.
First I commit my soul to Almighty God and my body to Christian burial.
Item: 2nd I leave to my daughter Margaret Quirk the sum of thirty pounds
British and a feather bed.
Item: 3rd I leave and bequeath to my daughter Catharine Quirk the sum of
thirty pounds British and a feather bed.
Item: 4th I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann Quirk the sum of
thirty pounds British.
Item: 5th I leave and bequeath to my son Philip Quirk the sum of fifteen
pounds British.
Item: 6th I leave and bequeath to my son John Quirk the sum of five
shilling British all  he legacies above  mentioned in this my last will and
testament is to be paid unto my said children as they respectively attain
the age of twenty one years and no sooner, and in case any of my said
children shall die, before they attain the age of twenty one years, the
legacy left to that child or children is to be divided equally between the
survivors of them except the heirs or heiress.
Lastly I leave and bequeath unto my loving husband John Quirk all my
share of a certain field called the Close which we purchased from John
Kelly of Arbory together with my share of a certain meadow which we
purchased from William Cashen and Margaret Cashen his wife said
meadow is commonly know by the name of Close Michael situate in KK German
together with all the rest residue and remainder of my goods rights credits
chattels and effects movable and immovable whatever and
I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint him the said John Quirk
whole and sole executor and residuary legatee of this my last will and
testament in testimony hereof I have subscribed my name or mark to my name
this twenty third day of June one thousand eight hundred and
twenty seven 1827.     Margaret Quirk

At a Chapter Court holden at Peel Town the 30th April 1828.  The executor
sworn with pledges the witnesses of the will.
