The humble petition of John Quirk, Philip Quirk, Margaret Quirk,
Catharine Quirk and Anne Quirk by Wm Quirk their uncle and next friend.
Sheweth:  That John Quirk of Ballabenna in the parish of KK Patrick, the
father of your petrs, departed this life on the 8th day of August instant
intestate leaving your petrs him surviving.
That it is necessary that administration should be granted to the estate
of the said John Quirk without delay but by reason of the tender age of your
petrs they are unable and incompetent to undertake the said administration.
That your petrs would beg leave to recommend John Kelly of Knock Dhoo
in the parish of German as a competent person to be sworn administrator in
Trust of the estate of the said John Quirk.
That your petrs Philip, Margaret, Catharine, and Ann, would beg leave to
recommend their uncles Wm Quirk and John Kelly as fit and proper person to
be appointed and sworn guardians over them.
Wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a hearing of this petition and
that the said John Kelly may be sworn administrator in trust of the
estate of the said John Quirk and that the said Wm Quirk and John Kelly may
be sworn guardians over your petitioners and they will pray.
