In the name of God, Amen.
The last will and testament of Ann Bridson of Ballavarvane in the parish
of KK Malew being weak in body but enjoying the full possession of all
her mental faculties at the declaration thereof.
First I commend my precious soul to the care of my gracious God and my body
unto Christian burial.
Secondly For the love and affection which I bear unto my daughter Margaret I
leave and bequeath unto her the sum of twenty pounds British. Thirdly for
the love and affection which I bear unto my daughter Isabella
I leave and bequeath unto her all my interest in the farm or estate commonly
know by the name of Balla Yack in the parish of KK Arbory consisting of one
moiety of said farm and one moiety of all the intack lands belonging to it,
together with the sum of two hundred pounds
British the said lands and money she is too possess when she arrives at the
age of twenty one years.
Fourthly To assist in disseminating the truths of the Christian Religion I
leave and bequeath unto the Wesleyan Missionary Society the sum of ten
pounds British.
Fifthly Toward administering to the comfortable support of super annuitant
itinerate ministers belonging to the Wesleyan Methodist Connexion I leave
and bequeath to them the sum of ten pounds British.
And lastly I nominate and appoint my affectionate husband John Bridson sole
executor of all my worldly property moveable and immoveable of
every description of denomination whatsoever subjecting him to the
liquidation of the above mentioned legacies and all my debts and to prevent
all litigation respecting this my last act. I leave and bequeath
the sum of five shillings British to any and every person who may claim
a legal right to a share of my property.

Codicil:
By way of codicil to this my last will and testament to evidence my love
to my brothers John and James Harrison I leave and bequeath to each of them
five pounds British.

The executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the
