In the name of God Amen.
We John Fayle and Mary Fayle my wife of Bawshin in the parish of KK Marown
being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare
this to be our last will and testament in manner following
that is to say
First we commit our souls to Almighty God and our bodies to decent Christian
burial.
Secondly we leave and bequeath to our son William Fayle the sum of
Forty pounds British and to our daughter Elizabeth Creer wife of Thomas
Creer the sum of forty pounds British and to our daughter  Ann Clucas wife
of John Clucas Kionslieu the sum of forty pounds British and to our daughter
Mary Gelling wife of John Gelling the sum of forty pounds
British and to our daughter Margaret wife of Thomas Bridson the sum of five
pounds British.
Thirdly We leave and bequeath unto our granddaughter Ann Kenaght the sum of
fifty pounds British and to our daughter Sharlotte Kenaght the
sum of five pounds British to her own whole and sole use and free from
the control of her husband to be left in the hands of our executor and given
to her as she wants it by installments and likewise to our aforenamed
daughter Sharlotte Kenaght the sum of thirty shilling yearly free form the
control of her husband and to her own use the said sum of thirty shilling to
be paid her by our executor here in after named during
her natural life the aforesaid legacies to be paid  out of a bond and
security passed or granted to us by our son William and as will more
fully and at large appear the aforesaid named legacies not to be paid to
out aforenamed children and grand children till after the decease of me the
said John Fayle and until after the  decease of me the said Mary Fayle the
survivor of us by our said executor herein after named
Fourthly and Lastly we leave our beloved son Robert Fayle whole and sole
executor of this our last will and testament of all the rest residue and
remainder of all our real and personal estate and effects of what nature and
kind soever or wheresoever situated.
And do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint him our said eldest son
Robert sole executor hereby revoking all and every other former will or
wills at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be our last will
and testament barring all other claimants with two shillings and six
pence legacy.  As witnesses our names or marks to our names this
twenty sixth day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirty one. John

15 May 1832 Mary Fayle departed this life Robert Fayle executor sworn
