This affirmed by us the witnesses whose names are hereunto subscribed to be
the last will and testament of Patrick Cowley of Lambfell Moar in
the parish of KK German declared by him by word of mouth on the evening of
Friday the 19th day of October 1832 as and for his last will and testament
to us as witnesses and by us committed to writing this 24th day of October
1832.
He left and bequeath to his wife (Ann) his houses and lands and all his
goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever and appointed his said
wife whole and sole executrix of all his property and the said Patrick
Cowley was at the time of declaring the words aforesaid of sound
disposing mind memory and understanding.

At a Chapter Court holden at St John's Chapel 7 Nov 1832.
The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
the payment of debts and legacies namely Richard Cowley and John Kelly both
of German.
