34 German In the name of God Amen. I Catherine Quine als Craine widow of the late Phillip Quine of the parish of Kirk German being of sound mind memory and understanding and calling to mind the uncertainty of this life do make this my last will and testament in manner following: First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. Item: I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas Quine two shillings and six pence British a legacy. Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Jane the wife of Hugh Jones two shillings and six pence British as legacy. Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Catherine the wife of Silvester Corris two shillings and six pence British as legacy. Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my daughter Ellinor Quine whole and sole executrix of all the rest and residue of my goods rights credits chattels and effects movable and immovable of what kind or nature soever excluding and debarring all other person or persons that will claim any further right to my goods and effects at one shilling legacy each. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett or ordered my mark to my name this the second day of February 1832.
