At a Chapter Court, holden at
Ramsey 16 November 1832
Elizabeth Cretney of the Parish of
K. K. Christ Lezayre having departed this life on or about the
third day of September last past Interstate;
and this court having received intelligence thereof, hath (for the preservation
of the rights of all Persons concerned) DECREED Matthew Money=
penny (husband of Elizabeth Descendant's daughter)
in trust for administrator
of all and singular the Goods, Rights, Credits, Chattels, and Effects, moveable
and immoveable whatever of the Descendant. And he the said
Matthew Moneypenny is
thereupon sworn, well and truly to administer the same, to pay all the
Interstate's just Debts, so far forth as the Goods will extend and the
Law bind; and return
into the EPISCOPAL REGISTRY a full, true, and perfect Inventory thereof, and
an accurate Account of all Transactions, touching the same when thereunto lawfully required.
The said Matthew Moneypenny is
sworn, Guardian and Supervisor
of Descendant's son Thomas who is
under age.
And to these ends he hath given Pledges in form of Law, namely
Decretum est.
